Mobility For All: Food Pantries as a Web of Care
This project partnered with food pantries and community leaders to understand how mobility barriers affect people experiencing food insecurity. Through workshops and co-design activities, community members shared their lived experiences and helped define what access, dignity, and mobility truly mean in their daily lives.
For this project, I worked with the Project Lead, Professor Youngbok Hong, providing the research support and the instructional design and development for the community-engaged workshop.
This report presents findings from two years of community engagement and invites dialogue about how autonomous vehicles might support and extend the care networks that food pantry systems already provide.
Professional Network ROZETKA
For the past 12 years, as the co-founder of the educational bureau Rozetka, I have been dedicated to reimagining how professionals in education, corporate training, and L&D connect and grow. We have built a powerful, collaborative ecosystem that replaces traditional passive learning with immersive, participant-driven educational formats—ranging from intense two-day strategy sessions to specialized summer camps and regional networking labs. By bridging the gap between teaching, psychology, and project management, we help educators, instructional designers, and businesses validate their ideas, tackle complex challenges, and find their peer community. Ultimately, our work is about "charging" businesses and educational innovators with the tools, energy, and networks they need to shape the future of learning.
School of Educational Urbanism
I am the co-founder of the School of Educational Urbanism (SEU), an interdisciplinary project developed under the Moscow City University (MCU). Our mission is to reposition the modern city as an open, accessible, and interactive educational resource. Through SEU, we have built a comprehensive ecosystem that includes:
Action Research: Investigating informal learning, teen mobility, and how community practices shape urban environments.
Higher Education: Co-creating a dedicated Master’s program ("Educator-Researcher of the Urban Environment") and professional development courses for teachers.
Public Programs & Publishing: Hosting nationwide seminars, conferences, and publishing practical toolkits that help educators use city resources effectively.
